Lagos to resume search for 21-year-old man that jumped off 3rd mainland bridge on Tuesday

The search to find that a 21-year-old man, Daibo Davies who jumped into the lagoon from the third mainland bridge will resume on Tuesday.
Authorities had suspended the search citing high current and exhaustion as he reason but the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said it would on Tuesday resume the search.

Reports say the young man, Davies was a resident of Sosanya Street, Soluyi, in the Gbagada area of Lagos State. He ordered an Uber ride to the Island but asked the driver to stop while they were on the 3rd mainland bridge.
He was said to have pretended that he had a stomach upset and begged the driver to stop so he could relieve himself. He got out of the car and jumped into the lagoon.

since then although authorities say the chances of finding him alive are now slim.
